Wellness Planning Is For You
Having trained in Systematic Kinesiology - a therapy that retunes our mental, chemical, nutritional, emotional, physical and soulful self - I am totally convinced that true wellness needs to take in all these aspects - at the same time.
Why Wellness Planning?
From my own experience we are really successful in life when we are truly well in ourselves. This means we need to have a 360 degree Wellness Plan. A plan that helps us to keep all aspects of our energy vibrating at its highest frequency. We plan for our holidays, our work goals. We plan for our children's education. We even plan for our retirement. But do we plan for our Wellness?
What Do We Need?
Our Wellness depends on us having so many practices in place - practices that promote Wellness. Lack of Wellness leads to us not being able to mange stress. Long Term Stress will result in illness. A Wellness Plan makes sure we are being our own best friend, we are protecting and caring for our single greatest asset - ourself!
I have also studied The Law of Attraction, and am a certified Life Coach. Add these and my many other energy balancing qualifications and you get a well rounded, much experienced Wellness Coach who knows that whatever we vibrate at, that is the frequency we send out to the universe. The universe doesn't discriminate, it will offer more and more opportunities to enhance the frequency we are vibrating at.
Our Thoughts Matter
Every single thing we think, feel, do and say influences our vibration. Problem is 95% of all our thinking and doing is automatic and mostly subconscious. That means we are not aware of the vibration we are sending out. But, we do get indications. Our energy levels, positive or negative mood, pain in our body, poor sleeping habits are all signs that our energy is not vibrating at its best levels.
