This programme offers a very short but effective Tapping sequence will set you up for the day.
It involves you tapping for just three rounds using this new advanced form of tapping called Two Meridian Tapping. As you practice this new advanced Tapping system you will find that your stress levels lower and energy levels rise. You will will be more positive and things that stressed you in the past will lose importance.
This set of tapping scripts are designed to bring you more into your own natural energy flow of abundance in all its forms. Remember everything is energy. It is the unresolved blips and blocks in us that block that flow. Resolving and retuning those blocks allows us to restore the flow and make life easy again.
Each round has a specific energy focus, to help retune your vibrations for success in all you do. I will explain more in the first video.

- A ‘How To’ video that talks you through how to set up your Tapping routine and create your own scripts.
- A video showing 3 rounds of the Tapping points – with no scripts. This is to allow you to add your own scripts as you get used to the system.
- A video with 3 rounds including Tapping scripts and a refocusing exercise at the end. (You might want to use this one for a while before you get into using the second video)
