Online Programmes
All online and live programmes offered at RetuningME are done so through a secure platform and only those who have signed up to the programmes have access to relevant data.
Only RetuningME Admin have access to details of participants – this data is also kept within the secure setting of the website and Shop App. While RetuningME takes all precautions to keep such data safe, Nuala O Connor or RetuningME will not be liable for any hacking or breaches through illegal means.
All participation in online programmes offered on this website are at the participants own risk. At no time will the creator – Nuala O Connor – take responsibility for any choices participants make concerning their own health and wellness.
When participating in Rebound For Wellness Programmes, the participant will be asked to complete an online Risk Assessment form and agrees to make sure they have a safe and operational rebounder and that it is placed on a secure and firm floor when in use. The participant will always rebound while clean of drugs and sober from alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
RetuningME takes no responsibility for the welfare of participants on their programmes. It is the responsibility to the participant to make sure they are safe at all times while participating in any of the online programmes offered by RetuningME. Should a participant feel unwell, it is their obligation to consult their health practitioner before commenting or participating in any online programme.
The participant takes full responsibility for the care of their rebounder and knows it is their responsibility to keep the rebounding surface clean and secure and the whole rebounder is good repair rebound in a clear space with solid floor at all times – especially when participating in a Rebound For Wellness Programme.
All services offered at RetuningME are subject to and governed by Irish Law.
Records of all 1:1 sessions are kept inline with GDPR resolutions in a locked cabinet and locked clinic space when not in use. Keys are kept safely out of reach of other persons. All records are destroyed 7 years after last data input by therapist and coach at RetuningME.
