While you will get fit, this is not the first goal. The first goal is your wellness. Given that you have a physical body, it needs certain things to keep it working at its best for as long as you wish.

The Rebound For Wellness Advanced Programme
This advanced Programme has Three parts:
Part 1 – Adding wrist and ankle weights to your rebounding time for more intense muscle toning and a deeper bounding experience.
Part 2 – Introducing a jogging motion to your rebounding, again one minute at a time
Part 3 – Giving you a varied selection of rebound moves and gentle 5 and 10 minute rebound workouts
There’s A Years Rebounding In This Advanced Programme
This Advanced Programme should keep you rebounding for a whole year and more. As always, take it at your own pace and remember you take full responsibility for your rebound choices. You can decide to move between the three parts to keep your rebounding varied and fresh, or complete one part before moving to the next. You may feel that you prefer not to use one of the three parts and that is all perfectly okay. As long as you are rebounding for your wellness as many days as week as you can fit it in, that is the main thing.
