“Hello Madam/Sir, would you prefer Success or Stress for your main course?” Imagine you were sitting in a restaurant and the waiter offered you success or stress as your main course. I bet you would be pretty annoyed. You would probably pick up your things and leave highlighting your grievance at such a shocking menu.
Success or Stress is on Your Daily Energy Menu
This is what you are being offered every single day. Imagine that the universe is the waiter coming to your table every morning offering you Success or Stress? The thoughts you think first thing in the morning are going to decide your energy menu for the rest of your day.
When I put it like this, of course you are logically going to tell me that you want to choose Success. Who wants to deliberately choose stress? But if that first thought is – ‘I feel so tired, do I have to get up’, ‘why is life so hard’ ‘I hate my job’, or, ‘can this day get any worse’, or ‘I hate being in pain’, then your energy is now tuned to hate, pain, and you are going to have a worse day than yesterday.
I Know Stress
This was me. There was a point in my life some 20 years ago, when I was so low in myself I literally cried every morning at the thought of having to get out of bed and face the day. My energy was very stressed. Today I know that it was the many past traumas that were causing my energy blips. Back then I was too stressed to even think about fixing these traumas.
I woke up dreading each day. Wondering how I was going to focus myself to get anything done. Even if I tried really heard, my thoughts would get negative so quickly.
Modern medicine had no solutions that worked for me or that I wanted to even try. I knew my very over-stressed state was trauma related. I felt I needed a totally gentle holistic, natural and grounded human approach, so I chose that natural way.
The First Step
First I had to get my stress levels calmed – I was so stressed I couldn’t digest food properly, sleep properly or even think straight. It took me introducing simple and effective techniques into my day. One simple thing that I did was use ‘Post-its’.
Making Post-its Helps You Set Your Energy Frequency Each Day
Your brain won’t adapt a new habit without a little help and for this habit, post-its are that help. Each night before you go to bed, reflect on what you would really like to think and feel the next day.
Turn these thoughts into positive affirmations and write them on a post-it or piece of paper. Stick these scripts in places you normally look first thing in the morning when you wake, like beside the clock, on the bathroom mirror, beside the kettle, on the front door, on the bedroom doors of your children, in the car, beside your car keys.
Some Positive Scripts
Over the years I have refine my scripts as I have worked in the area of Energy Transformation. Now I tend to make “I truly am …” scripts. Let me give you some examples:
- I truly am calm
- I truly believe in myself
- I truly am focused
- I truly am focused on success
- I truly love being in the flow of abundance
- I truly trust myself
- I truly love myself
- I truly enjoy every second of this day
- I truly feel love in my heart
- I truly am blessed with abundance
- I truly feel safe in my body / in my life
- I truly love my life
- I truly take one beautiful, grateful breath at a time
- I truly foes on all that is beautiful and feel that beauty in my heart
Some people like to have one script that they choose to think through the whole day or week. Others like to have more than one script in a day. It is all down to what you feel you need in your day. If you are in a new job and you are doubting your ability to succeed, your script could be: ‘I truly trust my ability to succeed in all I do this day’.
Your Positive ‘I truly’ Scripts Are Setting Your Up For Success
By doing this, you are speaking your truth in this moment and for this moment. Even if you have not believed it up to this very second, you can believe it and think it from now. It doesn’t matter what thoughts you had yesterday, it matters what thoughts you have today.
Daily Practice Brings Daily Results
Like all new habits and skills it will take a little while for this new retuning of your energy to all things success to have an effect on your life. Remember you are battling with all those strong subconscious neural pathways in your brain. But by keeping at this simple habit you will see change. Daily practice brings daily results.
Energy Tunes Easily
Everything is vibrational energy – just like a radio station, or a guitar. The best part about energy is, it can be tuned and retuned. By doing this simple but very effective practice you can retune your energy to the frequency of success each morning.
Thoughts Set Energy in Motion
Eastern Medicine holds that it is your thoughts that set your energy in motion and the blood and body follow. The more you can focus on success, the less stressed you will be.
Tapping Offers A Deeper Tuning
What really tunes these positive scripts in to my energy is Tapping. Every morning when I awake, I get up, sit in a chair and begin to tap using a positive script. I find that by Tapping – my Two-Point way, I am literally tuning all my energy systems to the frequency of this positive thought much quicker and it tends to have a lasting impact on my whole energy system. Don’t Struggle in Deep Stress – Get Help
If you are finding that you are struggling to stay tuned to your success focused scripts – that you keep being tuned to frequencies of stress then it is possible that you have unresolved past energy blips that need retuning. I strongly recommend you do this with the help of either a therapist or Coach. It shouldn’t take a lot of time to get your vibrational energy retuned for success focused living.
