In my own experience, yes – rebounding continues to help me through the menopause. Why Does Rebounding Meet All Your Exercise and Wellness Needs?
There are so many needs that rebounding can meet during menopause. I think I could write a book. In this article I will address some of the needs. The main one being the need for DAILY WEIGHT-BEARING MOTION. This is what your bones, muscles and lymphatic system need to get them to work best. In fact every single cell needs you to be exercising for your wellness each day.
Rebounding Helps to Boost Lymphatic Drainage
I think the greatest benefit for women is Lymphatic Drainage, especially because of the growing number of lymphatic cancers that are appearing. For most of the time, keeping your lymph fluid moving can only benefit your energy system.
Consult your Doctor
If you have a lymphoma I suggest you consult your oncologist about rebounding to see if they feel rebounding could work for you.
Radical Remission Research
Another place you might wish to go to research rebounding and cancer is the Radical Remission group. They research cancer patients who have a ‘radical remission’ and what these people have done in their lives leading up to a diagnosis of ‘radical remission’. A radical remission is when someone with a terminal diagnosis, who is not having a medical intervention, goes into remission.
Kelly Turner and her team have feedback that shows some people engaged in rebounding as their daily form of exercise. While they do not, as yet, have scientific proof that rebounding lead to the remission, general research into rebounding shows it to be effective in boosting cell health.

Are you in a constant stressed state? Have you enough vitamin D3/K2? Generally speaking, in winter time, you will need to take a good oil supplement of D3/K2. Epigenetics-International have many D oil supplements because they know how important it is to find the right one for their clients. They also know that D3 doesn’t work on it’s own. Sometimes it needs vitamin K2, and A, not to mention a good carrier oil. Other times there is a need to add a little zinc.
Nutrition And The Menopause
Magnesium, B6, vitamin E along with essential fatty oils (taken at the right time), zinc, D, k2, A and some herbs, are all nutrients that have been helping me naturally move my way through the menopause. But the supplements that you need could be different.
This is why I always muscle test my menopause clients to see exactly what it is they need to support them at their specific stage of menopause. I suggest you visit a systematic kinesiologist, close to you, to find out what would work best for you at this crucial time in your life.
Sugar, Stress & The Menopause
Do you eat a lot of Sugary foods and take energy or alcoholic drinks? Sugar is one of the biggest stressors to any body, not just yours and not just while you are going through the menopause. You are craving sugar for a reason. Normally that reason is your body is over stressed. Again, this is something I work on with clients @RetuningME.
Coffee is another major stressor to the system. By reducing coffee to a maximum of 1 or 2 cups a day, you can better help your body cope with all the stress it is under.
All of the above advice can truly enhance the effects of your rebounding exercise and improve your menopause experience.

Rebounding helps to keep your bones working better because rebounding is weight bearing. I use a bungee sprung rebounder because I know it offers lowest impact on my joints. Yes, rebounding is weight bearing for bones and low impacting on joints all at the same time and is boosting your lymphatic drainage

One big difference that I am hearing about for women going through the menopause is that rebounding is boosting their mood. Many women report this mode boosting improvement only 3-5 minutes into their daily rebounding programme.
