October is Menopause Awareness month and I have an online programme that you or your friends might be interested in doing to help ease menopause symptoms and other stresses. I have created this programme because like you I am on the menopause journey, pretty much through the other side.

Trained Tapping Coach
I found Tapping to be so effective back in 2015 that I became a Modern Energy Tapping Coach. Not long after that I created a new form of Tapping called Two Meridian Tapping. I use Two Meridian Tapping as part of my daily routine and I know it definitely helps me manage my menopause better. I have no doubt that it will help others too. You may know of someone who could benefit from this initial 8 week programme.

My Own Lived Experiences

I will talk about the nights I would wake in a sweat and sit on the edge of the bed and Tap until the symptoms would ease, which wouldn’t take that long. Then I would be able to fall back to sleep. How Much Will It Cost?

What Will You Need?
You do not need any experience of Tapping to be able to participate in this programme. You will need to have a glass of water, note book and pen at the ready. Some people can yawn a lot when energy begins to get retuned so, you might also want to have some tissues at hand.

I don’t know the answer to this question, because everyone is different. But I do know that Two Meridian Tapping has eased my many symptoms and the symptoms of my clients.
