Before I started the Rebound For Wellness Basic 20 Week Programme I had lots of achy joints, thought my hips were starting to act up but that has completely cleared up now..... knees were also a problem on stairs and steps (I had a lot of trouble standing up and getting in and out of car etc) but all this has majorly improved, in fact my flexibility and movement are really getting better by the day (thanks to doing the leg massage as described in the Rebound videos). Will definitely continue rebounding for my wellness now progressing to the Intermediate Rebound For Wellness Programme at my own pace. I'm thrilled with myself at such improvement and achievement at age 70 and am now looking forward with hope.
