I’m a 68 year old female on week 12 of the Basic Rebound for Wellness Programme. I could not praise Nuala’s approach highly enough. I had a mini trampoline but rarely used it until I came across this programme. I now use it most days of the week. Nuala is encouraging every step of the way, suggesting to go back a week or not go forward according to how you feel. Even from the day I started at one minute I felt I was making progress! I received immediate feedback whenever I contacted Nuala by email. Since starting this programme, I have more energy to ‘get going and keep going’ I am sleeping better and feel rested when I wake up. I consider this a great programme for wellness.
