Got a rebounder from Santa😁. Rebounding 6/7 days week one and 4/7 week two. So I am sticking with 2 minutes again for week three. Am loving it so far. I’m not looking for results or major change just yet - just want to get into a good routine. Am happy to be on a controlled and paced programme (thanks Nuala) otherwise I tend to go full steam ahead and do too much which has always ended in injury or lack of interest. This 20 week programme is great and so doable. Am loving it. I haven’t rebounded to any ABBA music yet🤣. Excited about progressing further each week and to see how I feel. Keep you posted.
