Before I started the Rebound For Wellness Basic 20 Week Programme I had lots of achy joints, thought my hips were starting to act up but that has completely cleared up now..... knees were also a problem on stairs and steps (I had a lot of trouble standing up and getting in and out of car etc) but all this has majorly improved, in fact my flexibility and movement are really getting better by the day (thanks to doing the leg massage as described in the Rebound videos). Will definitely continue rebounding for my wellness now progressing to the Intermediate Rebound For Wellness Programme at my own pace. I'm thrilled with myself at such improvement and achievement at age 70 and am now looking forward with hope.
Just completed 20 weeks basic Rebound For Wellness programme. Major achievement as I never stuck at an exercise programme in my life. Delighted to have found something for my later life that suits me. Apart from a number of odd days I never missed a beat ........have a number of health issues and last summer it looked like I was diabetic or at least pre-diabetic! Could not believe having achieved about 14 mins a day on rebounder, that my blood sugar was gone down and and also blood pressure level..... Rebound For Wellness is the way to go for me. Now I'm not even pre-diabetic!!! I'm aged 70 and heading into the Intermediate Rebound For Wellness programme at my own pace. Many thanks
Got a rebounder from Santa😁. Rebounding 6/7 days week one and 4/7 week two. So I am sticking with 2 minutes again for week three. Am loving it so far. I’m not looking for results or major change just yet - just want to get into a good routine. Am happy to be on a controlled and paced programme (thanks Nuala) otherwise I tend to go full steam ahead and do too much which has always ended in injury or lack of interest. This 20 week programme is great and so doable. Am loving it. I haven’t rebounded to any ABBA music yet🤣. Excited about progressing further each week and to see how I feel. Keep you posted.
Just wanted to let you know that I purchased a rebounder a month ago after coming across your page on Facebook. I am 70, don’t like exercise, don’t have will power relating to exercise, no stamina, but need exercise as I have health issues. Anyway I thought? This could be what would work for me, so I listened, did my research on rebounding, and decided to go for it! I purchased the rebounder you recommended and I have to say 4 weeks on I haven’t missed a beat, even getting a second go in the evening .....I do feel a difference, most definitely now into week 5 of your Rebound For Wellness Basic Programme. My stamina has improved, balance ... confidence, I’m delighted with myself and look forward to having this through out the winter.

I started going to Nuala as I had lots of things going wrong, such as weekly headaches and very bad tummy upsets. I also had an infection that kept coming back despite many antibiotics. Thankfully the infection has cleared and the headaches and tummy upsets are not near as often. this is due to the work that Nuala worked on me with Kinesiology and Two Meridian Tapping. I have found that tapping has eased the stress in me even though I didn`t realise that I was stressed. I would definitely recommend a visit to Nuala as she has a world of knowledge between food allergies and the energy within us that gets blocked with lack of exercise and a good diet. I do tap every day and I aim to do as Nuala says to live the life that has been given to me.. Its as easy as that to bring energy back into our life. Eat well. Drink lots of water, exercise and tap tap tap to a better life.
