How do I book a session with Retuning Me?

What do I wear to a Face to Face Session?
Please wear freshly washed full length top and trousers or tracksuit bottoms. You also need to wear or bring socks with you. You will be asked to wear these as soon as you enter the Clinic room. If you have long hair please put this in a high ponytail prior to the session.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
Yes, you need to wear your own face mask to the session. The Clinic will do all it can to provide you with a disposable mask should you forget your mask - there will be an added charge for this mask. Please note that failure to wear a mask could result in your session being canceled and you will still be charged full price.
How Long Will my Face to Face Session Last?
Normally, outside of COVID your session will still last 60 minutes or 90 minutes if this is your first session.
All online sessions are still 60 and 90 minutes duration as needed.
During COVID Your session is still 60 or 90 minutes but it will be broken down as follows:
For 60 minute sessions:
10 minutes = Pre Session Telephone Call
35-40 minutes = Face to Face in the Clinic
10-15 minutes = Post Session - writing up and emailing after-care
For 90 minute sessions:
30 minutes = Pre-Session Telephone Call and Consultation
40 minutes = Face to Face
20 minutes = Post-Session writing up and emailing After-Care
How much will my Retuning ME session cost?
Sessions will be as per normal pricing for
Kinesiology / Tapping / Wellness Planning / Wellness Coaching
90 minute session - €130
60 minute session - €100
Reflexology Sessions are €60 per 45 minute session.
Is there a reduced rate for OAP / Students / Unemployed and Children?
Yes there are varying rates for all these groupings.
We also have Family Rates and work on a sliding scale (meaning you pay as you can afford) – please ask for details during your phone consultation
€70 for 60 minute session
€100 for 90 minute session
We work a sliding scale
Children: €70 for 60 minute session
(under 18) €100 for 90 minute session
Unemployed: I work a sliding scale depending on the overall income of the household.

How Do I Pay for my Sessions?
There are a number of ways to pay for your session:
Pre-pay - using SUMUP - I will send you an invoice prior to the session.
Website Purchase - You can pay for your session online prior to the event - this option uses an app called Stripe
By Card - should you have difficulty with using the first two options I will take card payments at the face to face session.
Online Banking - is also an option pre-session. Email for bank details
By Cash - This is the least preferred option due to new COVID guidelines. But, we are very aware that for some people this can be the only option available to them at the time, so we will facilitate cash payments.
Does Retuning ME Run Online Programmes?
Yes. We do run programmes online that help you to learn proven tools and techniques for retuning your stress to success focused wellness and success. Please visit our Online Programmes Page for more information.
What can I bring to a Face to Face Session?
At the moment, in keeping with HSE and WHO guidelines it is best you bring nothing extra into the session. There is a chair and small table for you to place your coat and nutrition on. Other than that we ask that you do not bring anything else with you.
Do I ring the bell before my session?
It is important that you remain in your car upon arrival and text that you have arrived. When the therapist is ready you will be invited to come in, by text. Please do not touch the door handles if avoidable.
Can I use the bathroom?
Yes, you can. While we strongly advise you to visit the bathroom before you come for your session, we do understand that some people can need the bathroom more often than others. Our toilet is cleaned before each clinic day begins and in-between each client should they use the facilities.
Can I bring my children with me to the session?
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, you are no longer able to bring small children with you to your session.
For children’s sessions - Only one child can now attend a session with one parent. Both must wear masks where possible and no extra baggage is allowed in the Clinic room.
