
You may not know this, but I can personally speak to the amazing benefits of Tapping through the menopause. Tapping was the key that helped me overcome non-trigger panic attacks and they have never returned. Since I learned how to Tap I manage my stress so much better and my menopause too.
Trained Tapping Coach
I found Tapping to be so effective back in 2015 that I became a Modern Energy Tapping Coach. Not long after that I created a new form of Tapping called Two Meridian Tapping. Menopause Programme
I was asked recently if I would run a Menopause programme for women either beginning, going through or even already through the menopause and still have symptoms from time to time.
It didn’t take long for me to move on this because the truth is, I have thought about setting up a menopause programme using Two Meridian Tapping for quite a while, but for some reason didn’t action the thought.
This Is The Time
Having journeyed through the last 6 years of my menopause I was dreaming about what I would put in such a programme. I started thinking about the many symptoms I have had and those that women tell me about when the come for Kinesiology sessions – brain fog, agitation, anxiety, sleeplessness, hot flashes or flushes, anger, sore joints, sore muscles, digestive issues, and much more. You could probably add in some more symptoms here.
What Will Be In This Menopause Programme
Mostly I will be using Two Meridian Tapping to help women cope with daily symptoms. Two Meridian Tapping works on reducing stress fast. It also helps bring balance to all your meridian energies. This will help bring balance to all your neurotransmitter energies and your hormones.

My Own Lived Experiences
I will also share some of my own personal experience of journeying through the menopause using natural supports, like nutritional supplements, water drinking, exercise, etc..
I will talk about the nights I would wake in a sweat and sit on the edge of the bed and Tap until the symptoms would ease, which wouldn’t take that long. Then I would be able to fall back to sleep. Other nights I would not be able to get to sleep, but again, I would sit on the edge of the bed and do a few rounds of Tapping and hey presto – I was a sleep in no time.
I have heard many women talk about anxiety during the menopause or, feeling anger a lot of the time. I think I missed a lot of this because I was Tapping every day.
How Much Will It Cost?
The programme will have a lower costing than any other live programme I have created – €100 for the 8 weeks. That works out at just €12.50 per week – and there is a pay weekly option (with you paying the first two weeks up front)

What Will You Need?
You do not need any experience of Tapping to be able to participate in this programme. You will need to have a glass of water, note book and pen at the ready. Some people can yawn a lot when energy begins to get retuned so, you might also want to have some tissues at hand.
Will This Programme Take Away All Your Symptoms?
I don’t know the answer to this question, because everyone is different. But I do know that Two Meridian Tapping has eased my many symptoms and the symptoms of my clients.
