Just last week, a client asked me, ‘Nuala why are you making Brigid’s Crosses and Pendants?’. By the time I was finished explaining the reason behind my motivation, I’d say she was sorry she asked!

If you know me or have heard me speak or have even bumped into me at one of the many Holistic Fairs this past year, you will have heard my reasons and motivation behind making and bringing the positive energy pendants, sun catchers and stained glass to Holistic Fairs and other events.

There are lots and lots of vibrations that are much stronger than yours. Some are positive and most are negative and they are bringing your energy down. You can make sure that you don’t get tuned to those negative vibrations, by actively setting your own vibrations each day. When you set your own vibrational energy each day you are creating your positive energy environment.

Setting Your Positive Energy

In Kinesiology sessions, (both online and in person) I will work with clients to help them find what is out of balance in their energy system and more importantly what daily practices will help them keep their whole energy system retuned to their best frequency for wellness and success.

Raising Your Stress Vibrations

I am always focused on finding daily techniques that will help clients to raise their stress vibrations to frequencies of wellness, calm, happiness, peace, love, etc… This might be why I am constantly creating new techniques like the Rebound For Wellness Programmes, Two Meridian Tapping, Wellness programmes, and now creating positive energy pendants and stained glass from recycled miron glass.

Why Recycle Miron Glass

Many years ago I was attending a seminar given by Epigenetics-International in the UK. During that seminar Chris Astill-Smith shared why he was putting all his liquid nutrition into miron violet bottles.

Chris talked about the glass having a combination infra-red and ultra-violet colours in it and how this glass had been proven to prolong and enhance the life of what was inside it. Because the glass was so dark no harmful rays of the sun could get in and damage the contents of the bottle of jar.

This Got Me Thinking

I was struck by idea of combining infra-red and ultra-violet vibrations and the amazing positive energy effects of doing so. On my way home to Ireland I found myself sitting in the airport googling Miron Violet Glass.

Over the years I couldn’t throw out the empty miron glass bottles after I had used the nutrition that was in them. So I kept them in my shed, thinking some day I will get a glass artist to work with the glass and maybe make something from the recycled bottles. I always had the thought, if this glass is so good for what is kept inside it, what could it do if it was left in a window of a room? Surely the vibrations of the bottle would spread into the room in the daylight?

Then I wondered what effect would the vibrations of the infra-red and ultra-violet have on me if I wore a piece of this glass?

Cutting My Long Story-Short

Last summer after years of searching for someone else to work with the glass, I got a very strong message to do it myself. So I did. I made some pendants from recycled miron bottles.

Will Miron Glass Raise Stressed Energy

More importantly, I wanted to test if the glass would raise vibrations of stress. This is something we can do very easily in Kinesiology. I started to test them on people, any people!

I tested them of visitors, clients, friends, strangers. Went visiting cousins and brought them with me. Everyone loved the pieces and every single person that I tested had a positive reaction to the pendants. This means that I got people to think about all that was stressing them.

Natural stress will weaken your energy system. Then as they were still thinking about this stress I got them to hold the pendants or glass pieces and guess what, their energy would then become strong.

Pendants And Crosses

Not everyone wants to wear a pendant. This is why I decided to make some sun catchers out of miron glass. Then I made stained glass pieces with a piece of miron glass in them. I was instinctively drawn to making angels, Brigid’s Crosses and hearts.

The Brigids Crosses really took off. The initial crosses were shades of green with some miron glass in the very centre. Then they sort of grew into all sizes, and colours with the miron glass in the middle.

Now to the question, Why Make Brigid’s Crosses

I have always loved the energy of Brigid, some call her a saint and others a goddess, but I see her as both saint and goddess and much more. I see Brigid as the feminine soulful energy of our land. She is interconnected with all that is feminine and creative in our universe. The Brigid’s Cross symbolises that for me.

The Cross Unites Goddess, Saint And More

Some would argue that the Brigid’s Cross highlights more of the Christian and saintly image of Brigid, but I would say that the Brigids cross is the holding of both aspects of the feminine energy of Brigid.

For me the Brigid’s Cross calls in the energies of the four directions (North, South, East and West) to the centre or Divine Energy Well. The Brigids Cross calls us into our centre from all that we are – mental, emotional, physical, chemical beings – into our soul centre.

Miron Glass Centre

This is why I have the miron glass in the centre of the cross. To the eye the glass is dark, some might say boring. But the glass is healing, cleansing and energy boosting. It is like a healing and transforming yin-yang energy combination.

The four arms of the cross draw you in from your busy life, to the centre to be energised and rebalanced before sending you out again.

Your Darkness Is Your Light

It is the same with darkness in your life. Darkness that has been with you thanks to unresolved painful trauma and experiences. You tend to want to stay away from that darkness, and keep busy, not wanting to calm your thoughts in case you begin to fall into that darkness.

Unresolved Darkness Keeps You In Pain

Yet, when that darkness is left unresolved it will keep you caught in the pain. You will spend lots of your life trying to stay away from the darkness. You might try to drink it away, work it away, numb it with drugs, or sex or even exercise and movies, lots of movies.

What if that darkness in you actually holds healing? What if your darkness has the potential to raise your vibrational energy much higher than what it currently is.

Brigid’s Cross Calls You To Resolve Darkness

I believe the Brigid’s cross calls you to resolve and retune your darkness, so you can transform darkness into light. The Brigid’s cross is a reminder that you are more than your struggles, your pain, your darkness. By resolving any pain, darkness, unresolved struggles and negative beliefs about yourself you open doors to greater energy vibrations.

Retuning To Positive Energy

Infra-red or ultra-violet naturally have higher vibrations than stressed energy. By combining infra-red with ultra-violet you have such a recipe for success when it comes to raising stressed energy vibrations.

This is probably why every single person that has been tested has had their energy vibrations rise when holding positive energy pendants or sun-catchers and stained glass.

Where Can You Get Your Brigid’s Cross

I tend no to post out these crosses, because I like to tune them into your energy system. This is wy I have been attending Holistic Fairs around the country for the past year.

I’ll be in City Hall, Cork 2nd-3rd of September with some Brigid’s Crosses, and in Dublin the 15th to 17th at the RDS. There will also be other Fairs between now and Christmas. I will include a previous post along with this one – it includes all the dates and places.
