I tend to have a lot to say on the topic of natural wellness. I speak about natural wellness habits every chance I get because they work for me. In this post I will talk about how important it is for you to be doing things every day to boost your natural wellness.
Then I will give you 5 simple things you can do every day. They may not feel like simple things as you begin doing them. But gradually you will find that daily practice brings daily results and you are worth the daily practice.
Things You Can’t Change
There are many things in life that you cannot change. You cannot change the behaviour of others. You cannot change decisions made by managers at work. You cannot change how fast the clock ticks and the days pass. You cannot change how others choose to eat or drink or their lifestyle habits. Nor can you change the direction that someone else is headed in, even if you can see them head right down a road of self destruction! No matter how hard you try, there are things in life that you cannot change!
Things You Can Change
But you can change your behaviour, your daily lifestyle choices, your diet choices, your exercise routine, how much water you drink in a day, your sleep routine. You can even change your thought patterns and how you feel every day. Change what you can change and help yourself manage your day, your week and your life better.
There Is No Natural Wellness Pill
When it comes to daily wellness, there is no one pill to fix all. Your level of wellness is the direct result of lifestyle choices and life experiences and how these have impacted you through your life.
I often tell clients that lifestyle habits do tend to catch up on us as we age. You tend to get off with eating sugary foods, drinking alcohol, partying late into the night, etc… when you are younger.
Listen To Your Body
As you age your organs and whole system begins to slow down and let you know that it can no longer keep up with your lifestyle. Then you have a choice. Listen to you body and make the changes it needs to you make, or don’t listen to your body and keep on doing the things you have always done.
When you don’t heed your bodies warning messages, you put your key organs under too much stress. Then when something happens to stress you, because you are already under stress you will tip yourself over the edge. This is when more serious things can go wrong.
Prevention Works Better In The Long Run
The challenge for us all is to live our daily lives focusing on our wellness. While this can take a little work at the beginning, gradually as you get into the flow of the wellness habits, you will get your whole energy back on track.
What You Focus On You Tune To
In my opinion what ever you focus your mind on, you tune your energy to. When you are truly well in mind, body and soul, you truly are successful and have the ability to tune into success energy frequencies.
When you are stressed you equally have the ability to tune into other stress energy frequencies. Daily wellness habits help you remain well. The also can help prevent you from becoming ill.
Vibrating At Stress Frequencies
Most of us are are vibrating at some level of stress pretty much most of the time. You can work this out from looking at your life. If you are always thinking negatively and focused on the possibility of threat and danger, then it is very probable that you are hyper-vigilant.
Hyper vigilance is one of the symptoms of stressed energy. So is poor sleep patterns, over (and under) eating, sugar cravings, excessive need for coffee or tea, addictive behaviours, anxiety, depression, paranoia, fatigue, aches and pains.. the list is endless.
Are You A Lost Cause
Are you a lost case? Is there any hope for you? Is it possible to turn your life around? Can you calm the stressed energy systems and then retune them to vibrations that attract wellness? The answer to all of these questions is YES!
- Yes you are going to be a lost cause, if you keep on going the way you are going. By continuing to thinking the self-defeating thoughts and self-sabotaging scripts you will keep yourself in the category of ‘lost causes’.
- Yes there is lots of hope because you are an energy being and all energy can be retuned from stress to wellness and success.
- Yes it is possible to turn your life around and it begins with getting into one new daily wellness habit at a time.
- Yes you can calm stressed energy systems and then retune these energies for frequencies of wellness and success.
- Remember what you focus your attention you will attract more of those frequencies to you, creating more of the same energy.
- A positive focus gets you tuning to a positive frequency and helps you attract more of the same frequency into your energy system.
What Can You Do?
It all begins with that first thought and the action that follows that thought. Sounds simple. Yet, it is your daily subconscious thought system that is keeping you trigging that hyper-vigilant state and keeing you in the stressed response.
Recycle Your Thoughts – Retune Your Energy
You need to recycle those thoughts. Then you can retune the energy and reset your whole energy system. Then you can make better wellness choices and keep going on new wellness habits. The only thing that I have found to help me recycle the very deep negative subconscious thoughts is Tapping.
Tapping Retunes Your Energy
There are many reasons for this. Tapping lowers stress hormones, and helps take about the energy that is attached to certain thoughts and experiences. Tapping can also retune your whole energy to the frequency of the new thought that you want to have.

I believe that when you understand what is going on for you and then how easy it is to turn your life around, you will want to keep turning your life around. Pretty much everything you do in life has a side effect. You want to be engaging in the activities that carry positive side effects. After that aim for the things that have the least amount of negative side effects.
Find What Works For You
While I have 5 key habits in my online programme to help you get into better wellness, I also know that not everyone is the same. You might find running better than rebounding. You might prefer EFT to Two Meridian Tapping. It doesn’t matter what works, just that you get yourself into daily wellness habits that have little or no negative side effects.
In this programme I offer you ways of getting unto wellness and I offer these as ways of getting into better wellness, I also know that we are all that are easy to get into when you use Two Meridian Tapping, there could be other wellness habits that you have found work better for you.

The 5 habits I mention are not new to the market ideas. I am not taking the world by storm with my approach. My programmes are not made in Hollywood either. But they will help you become less stressed. Should you choose to follow the programme you will also get yourself into better daily habits that will promote wellness rather than keep you stressed.
Two Meridian Tapping and Meditation A Recipe For Wellness
Over the last couple of weeks I have been talking about an online programme; Tap Into Meditation that I will be running for 10 weeks. This programme will be Live on Zoom. Meditation is another wellness habit that I would include under the Stress Management section of the 5 Daily Habits.
Meditation can be really difficult to do when you are stressed. In my programme I will us Two Meridian Tapping to help get you into daily meditation. This combination will help you succeed in two new wellness habits, Tapping and meditation.
Perhaps you have already found what works for you when it comes to your daily wellness. Starting a new habit can be quite difficult for some and quite easy for others. But keeping that habit going can be difficult for everyone. By using Two Meridian Tapping and perhaps combining it with meditation you could really embed the new habits into your lifestyle and make sure you don’t gert over stressed.
