I told this client: ‘No matter what you come into my clinic with, I will still work with your whole energy system. I will seek to find what is out of balance in your vibrational energy before finding what will help put you back into balance.’
What about you? How stressed are you? On a scale of -5 (really stressed) to + 5 (not stressed at all) and 0 being neutral – where would you put yourself on the Scale of Progress (below) right now?

That is because when you trigger a stress response the blood flow is directed away from your logical conscious thinking brain leaving you with access to your internal subconscious and automatic thoughts and beliefs.
Your Data Bank Is Full of Negativity
Your subconscious data bank of thoughts and beliefs are very helpful pretty much all of the time. They keep you sitting up, breathing, carrying out all your physical actions and daily habits. But, lodged in your subconscious, you also have unresolved negative thought patterns.
These negative thought patterns are what gets accessed when you are stressed. Once stressed you can keep triggering into the stress response. Imagine this can be going on all of the time and you may not even be aware of it. This always on stress response system will keep you thinking you are not good enough, not able to cope, you may even feel like you are a fraud, etc..
How Does This Stress System Work?
There are certain parts of your brain that are always processing data. Every single second of every single day, these parts of your brain are measuring your present experiences against your subconscious data system.
The reason your brain is doing this is to see if you have the ability to cope or not cope in your current experience. If your brain comes to the conclusion that you can cope (based on your past beliefs), then you will cope. If on the other hand, your brain decides; actually no, you can’t cope with this current situation, then you will trigger a stress response that will put you on high alert.
What You Think Will Come True
From all the work I have done at an energy balancing or retuning level, I would have to say that when you are stressed it is you who can help yourself the most. That might sound strange, but it is the truth.
Stress and how stressed you get is down your perception of the situation you are in. That perception comes from your subconscious data which you began collecting not long after you were conceived.
Your Earliest Thoughts Are Key
Your earliest thoughts and beliefs tend to be key to helping you resolve and retune stress triggers. Some of these beliefs you may well have formed while in the womb.
This is where Two Meridian Tapping can really be effective in enabling you to resolve the past negative beliefs, for good. Roger Callaghan, the founder of modern day tapping called this tapping ‘in the moment’.
Tapping In The Stressed Moment

They can also keep you triggering that stress response, possible for years. Or, by retuning those thoughts, you can stop that stress response in its tracks and create a whole new thought and belief system to help keep you focused on wellness and success.
