I personally know the power of following a programme like Rebound For Wellness. Having been on the ME/Chronic Fatigue path for over 20 years, I can tell you that rebounding has been my life saver.
Over the years there have been times when rebounding is the only form of exercise I have been able to do. But given all the benefits you get when you rebound, even gently, I always felt and looked much better, with such very little time spent on the rebounder each day.

I have 18 years experience on a rebounder – using it to help me get well. Apart from all the rebounding I have done in that time, I have lots of research and some training under my belt. I am so convinced of the great benefits women can get from even gentle rebounding for up to 15-20 minutes a day, especially during and after the menopause. This is why I created what I think is the easiest and most effective Rebound For Wellness exercise programmes for women over 40 – 50 – 60 – 70 and even 80 years.
Not Made In Hollywood
I have to confess, straight up, that the Rebound For Wellness Programmes are not Made in Hollywood. They are not the most professionally presented programmes you will get, on the market. But! They are made by me, for you, to get you into the most effective daily exercise programme that will being you so many benefits with very little effort.
Feedback Fuels Me
Life is so busy that you can just about find time to view videos , read posts, but rarely respond or comment. I love getting feedback. It is like the fuel that drives me along. You can imagine how excited I was when I read the message (below) from a lady in Australia who has been gently rebounding to see if it would help her cope with her MS (Multiple Sclerosis).
As always I am not including her name, and have removed anything that does not relate to Rebounding for wellness. I share this in the hope that it inspires at least 1 woman to get into Rebounding For their Wellness.

I just want to thank you so much for sharing your rebounding video. I ended up buying a rebounder and have used it everyday since it arrived. I am now doing 5 minutes every morning. I didn’t increase it last week but will next week.
I have had so much muscle pain with my MS over the last year or so. Everything I have tried besides walking has caused even more muscle pain and had made me give up trying.
For the first few weeks the muscle pain was quite bad in my shoulder blades. It actually felt like someone had kicked me and was bruised. But I recognised this wasn’t the usual pain that I experienced, it felt more like it was healing so I persevered. My chiropractor was so impressed and said my adjustments were holding and everything was moving better.
I actually can’t believe how much better I am. My pain has decreased dramatically and I can feel my stomach muscles working. I’m sleeping better without waking during the night because of muscle pain. I’m so impressed and happy about rebounding, it’s been a game changer to me and I rave about it all the time.
