Normally, you would have to be really jumping on the rebounder to cause a major stress on the Connective Tissue. But during menopause you connective tissue can already be weakened.

Connective tissue can become weak during menopause, just like all body tissue can. Having been on my menopause journey for some years now, I have had this experience. This is because the oestrogen begins to lower and the body lacks essential nutrients to cope with this and other stresses at this critical time.
Did you know that oestrogen is found in the adipose tissue in the skin. If your skin or tissue is in a weekend state then getting into aggressive exercise too quickly will just add more stress to already weakened tissue.
