
What do you think about mindfulness and meditation? Do you meditate? Can you be mindful? I can’t count the amount of times clients have said to me that no matter what they do, they just can’t mediate. They tell me that mindfulness is just outside their reach.
I totally understand what they mean. It’s all got to do with stress levels. At the end of this post there is a Podcast I did with Stephen Downey founder of The Mindful Living Guide. In that podcast I talk a lot about my take on mindfulness, stress and how I look at it all.
Stress Prevents Mindful Living
When you are stressed, over-loaded with worries, concerns, things to do, people to see, children to calm, households to manage, you lack the internal ability to be calm your energy enough so you can meditate or even be mindful.
When there is a constantly triggered stressed state, there is little chance of getting to a place where you can meditate and be mindful. I’m a prime example of what I am talking about!
Over the past few years, I have been working on setting up my online and in-person RetuningME™ Clinic. I have also been working on creating online programmes that offer daily technologies you can use to help you bring change to your life. But the amount of time and commitment this takes is huge.
I had to sit myself down and make some really easy changes, though they didn’t seem easy at the time! One major change was to trust the Law of Attraction – focus on what you want and allow the energy to flow. When I am stressed, this will not happen.
Let’s Talk About Tapping
If you are someone who just cannot seem to take time to be quiet and calm, you might well be over-stressed and overstretched. Perhaps you have even heard yourself say – ‘Nah, that mindfulness thing isn’t for me.’ Or, ‘I have tried meditation, but it’s boring and I always fall asleep.
Two Meridian Tapping Helps My Meditation
The one tool that really helps me to calm stressed energy is Two Meridian Tapping. Every morning I use Two Meridian Tapping to help me calm myself into a place of soul stillness. This system works so effectively for balancing out stressed energies that all it takes is just 1 – 3 rounds in the morning with a statement like: “Even though I am stressed and I can feel this in my neck, right now, I truly allow myself to be calm”.

I believe so much in this Tapping System that I even wrote the book on how you can use this system each day to help you step back from the busy-ness of your life. Then you can get a clearer picture of what is going on for you. It is only when you have that clearer picture that you can take back your control, making the changes you need to make for your greater wellness and success, and that is Mindfulness.

Clients tell me that the most effective way to deal with their stress is to book some 1:1 Tapping Sessions. These get to the core of your own personal issues very fast. Then you go off with Tapping scripts that I compose for you after your session. These are the Tapping scripts you will use when you are tapping each day – because ‘Daily Tapping Brings Daily Results’! Again these scripts are totally personal to you and your energy needs.
Whether it is Tapping through using one of the Youtube videos, or programmes or even 1:1 sessions (online) you will soon notice how you are able to fall into meditation and mindfulness each day. You will also notice that your stress levels lower, your health issues lessen and your attitude becomes more positive.
Change Will Come With Two Meridian Tapping
I can’t say all of this will happen over night, but it will happen with a little work and commitment. The reason why you will want to keep Tapping will be down to the major changes you will notice in your life. That may take a little while to happen, but it will happen. I am proof of that, as are my many clients.
