Every year at this time, we can tend to focus on the St Patricks Day Parade with all the festivities and totally forget about the Spring Equinox – the day we really ought to be celebrating and for a very good reason.
Celebrating Saint Patrick
We Irish are really great at celebrating our identity and heritage. I think the whole world likes to celebrate with us because we have such a great reputation for being great party people. You’d often hear people say, the Irish are the life and soul of the party. We seize the moment and celebrate practically anything when we are in the mood for it.
We have good reason for celebrating our heritage and our identity given how we have fought over the centuries to preserve and keep it. Of course our heritage is what also attracts so many visitors to our shores – another reason to make sure we celebrate big.
While it is great to celebrate our customs and culture, there is another great day for celebration that is only a few days after Saint Patricks Day and that is the Spring Equinox. The Equinox means there is equal day and night – same light and darkness.
But we don’t remain in equinox for very long. Each day we will continue our moving towards the longest day which is in June (around 21st).
Your Spring Equinox Calling
I think we can be so busy with the everyday ups and downs that we fail to enjoy these precious days leading up to the longest day. From next week the sun will be 45 degrees + in the sky again. That means we can begin to get enough natural vitamin D synthesis from the sun again, but only from about midday each day. We can do this daily from around the 21st March to 21st September.
I Want You Rebounding Daily For Your Wellness

Natural Vitamin D Is Vital
I am a huge advocate of natural wellness. Getting out into the midday sun and exposing your upper body to that sun, for about 20 – 30 minutes is one of the best things you can do for you wellness.
Don’t wait until it is really warm to get out and get your natural vitamin D, start now! Well wait another week and start then! Make a plan to get yourself outside around mid-day, or close to that time. Expose as much of your upper body as you can, to the sun, for just those 20-30 minutes.
Think Positive For 20 Mins In The Sun
Imagine thinking a positive phrase, or doing some TMT Tapping on that phrase while you are outside soaking up the sun? That would really add so much more to your 20 minutes, as Tapping reduces and retunes stressed energies for more positive frequencies and again it is all natural.
You Could Even Chant Positive In The Sun
Why just think positive in the sun! Why not sing positive songs and chants in the sun. Over on my Youtube Channel I have some Positive chants that I have created and you are welcome to listen and even use them. If you use them with a group, please let them know where you got them from. Perhaps my chants will encourage you to create your own positive chants.
Chanting raises your vibration even more and also propels your positive vibration out into the universe much further.
Will You Meet The Vitamin D Challenge?
Are you going to meet the challenge? Are you going to get out every day there is sunshine around or as close to mid-day as you can? Pull up those sleeves, because just like a solar panel, the more of you gets exposed to the sun, the more vitamin D synthesis you will have. Please keep your decency! Remember I am not saying to lie in the sun for hours, this is not good for the skin.

That is why it is advisable to cut down on things like processed sugars, processed foods, alcohol and coffee.
