The 8th March, marks International Women’s Day – a day when the world honours the amazing role of women. While it is good to have a day to celebrate all women, it sort of makes me a little angry that there is only one day in the whole year when the world honours women. Women are the back bone of our world.
I’m Challenging All Women To Celebrate Everyday
This is why I’m inviting all women to take on a challenge. The challenge is to wake up every day and celebrate your amazing and beautiful life. This invitation is not about looking at what you have accomplished. It is not about seeing greatness in material wealth. Rather I’m encouraging you to see your greatness in:
- your beautiful body
- your kind words
- your healing compassionate hands
- your amazing loving and beating heart
- Your outstretched accepting arms
- your ability to create miracles every single day
- your sense of humour
- Your beautiful mind
- Your years of experience
- Your ability to feel, intuit and sense
You Are Hard Wired For Love
Dr Caroline Leaf, one of the first scientists to discover neuroplasticity, talks about how we are hard wired for love, not for anger and fear. Yet most of us end up caught in repetitive states of anger, fear, hypervigilance, depression, anxiety or overwhelm.
Women Run On Stress Energy
You end up in this more negative and natural protective state because you are running on stressed energy. Something has happened in your life, possibly in childhood, that has caused you to become very fearful, angry or depressed so you can protect yourself in some way.
But perhaps you no longer need to be protected in this way. Perhaps you are now suffering the results of being in a constant automatic, over-stressed state. This is what causes dis-ease in your energy which will lead to disease in your physical body, especially after childbirth and during menopause.
Your Body Tells The Tale
Too many women are telling the tale of their over-stressed and perhaps over-traumatised life through mental and physical disease. What if these symptoms are not diseases, but just your energy shouting at you to resolve the past hurt, retune your energy now and then make choices that will help you get into the space of celebrating your gifted life every single day?
Break The Bias Within
Everyday I help women to resolve blocked – diseased energy in their mind, body and soul, so they can retune to vibrations of love, peace and joy again. Everyday as I work with these women, I find I get called to heal, resolve and retune even deeper stressed vibrations within my own energy. To break my own biases about myself that I inherited or learnt through childhood trauma.
Women Were Once Held In High Esteem
There was a time in our universe when women were celebrated for their amazing ability to conceive, grow, nurture and brith new life. Now women are seen as second class, even less than second class, in some parts of the world.
Breaking The Bias Begins Within
We women can’t wait for the world to change the bias towards us. We can’t sit back in a victim state. We need to awaken to our own beauty and creativity. We need to see our own compassionate and loving power. We need to celebrate our gifted life daily. We need to change our scripts from ones of stress, distrust, anger and resentment, to scripts of believing in ourselves and our abilities.
Will You Focus On Your Greatness
So, will you take up the invitation to get up each day and focus on your greatness – on your ability to be successful every single second of every day. You are already successful, it is just that you have been conditioned not to see it.
Post-It’s And Positive Scripts
Get a block of Post-its and begin to write an ‘I truly …’ positive phrase on each page. Phrase like:
- I truly am blessed
- I truly am at ease
- I truly am love
- I truly am grateful for the gift of me
- I truly trust myself more each day
- I truly celebrate my success
- I truly am successful
- I truly love my body / soul / mind
You might find this hard to get into, but once you get into the flow, you will fill a post-it pad in no time with your own scripts. Just be careful to keep them as positive as you can. You see the law of attraction and quantum physics tells us that it doesn’t matter what you thought right up to this very second, it only matters what you are thinking this very second.
Post Your Positive Scripts
Place these post-its in places were you will see them. You may want to write the same phrase on many post-its so you focus on one phrase for a whole day, week or even month. Just remember that what you focus on you get. Even if you have been stressed right up the second before you see the post-it – at that very second you are choosing to refocus and retune your whole vibration.
Do You Really Want To Break The Bias
If you really want to break the bias then change your deep thoughts and beliefs about yourself. Happiness and success are inside jobs. It all starts with that thought.
Quite often when you have been traumatised or over-stressed for a period of time, you will need that bit more help to get into and change those deeper self-critical and overstressed thoughts and beliefs. I use Tapping with women in this instance, to help them get to the deeper negative neural pathways and retune them for truly positive positive and success focused thoughts that will bring about better states of wellness. Wellness is your greatest success.
Keep In Touch
Let me know how you get on with this challenge. Change comes when you alter your beliefs because then you are free to make better choices for yourself. Today chose to write that positive post-it and break your own bias about yourself. As the Chinese proverb says”
“When Sleeping Women Awake, Mountains Will Move“
When you move the mountains of bias that have formed within our own energy – you will help move mountains of bias all over the world.
Please share this post and help all women begin to break the bias – starting within. You can comment on the post.
