In this video blog (video is at the bottom of this post), I talk about how you can create an environment of Peace for yourself and for others. You may well have heard of these 5 ways before, but perhaps this post will serve as a timely reminder. Anxiety is a sign that you are over stressed. By focusing on a peaceful energy, you can calm your over-stressed and anxious energy.
Your 5 Senses Gather Information
I’m going to suggest you tune more into your peaceful energy through your 5 senses. You might wonder what have the 5 senses got to do with peace. Everyone takes information and energy in through their 5 senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.
Take trauma. When you are in a trauma event, you will gather information from what you see, hear, smell, taste and touch, and also through what you intuit.
By focusing your 5 senses to take in soul calming and nourishing vibrations, you will bring peace into your energy, through these same senses that you absorbed a trauma event.
Every day you are probably absorbing stressful energy through your senses. When you consciously choose to overwrite this stress with more peaceful experiences you are nourishing your senses and your vibrational frequencies will retune from stress to a better vibrations of wellness. Then, It follows that you won’t be as swayed by the stresses that come your way.
When You Focus On Peace You Get Peace
It all boils down to what you focus on and surround yourself with each day – that is what you get. Focus on peace and you get peace.
It’s All About Finding Ways To Restore The Vibration Of Peace
Everything is vibrational. You have around 50 trillion cells in our body and each of those is filled with tiny strings of vibrational energy. They get tuned all the time by the environment you create for them. Now is a great time to make some positive choices on what kind of environment you are going to create for yourself today and perhaps every day.
Have a listen to the suggestions I make in the video below and give them a try. They might just help you to restore a little more peace to your energy vibration and your life:
Sound – listen to some Hemi-Sync Music. Go outside and listen for the birds. Listen to hear positive words from others. Listen to the wind and the rain and allow their vibrations to naturally retune your energy for your most optimal levels of wellness
Sight – Choose to see things that bring you hope and joy – in nature and in other people. Read positive and self-enabling books, like my book – Tap Into Success. Many years ago I used to give residential Creative Retreats. During these retreats I encouraged the participants to go outside and experience nature as if they were 5 years old, with that sense of wonder and awe.
Smell – Natural Oils, like Lavender and Rosemary can help you to balance into more peaceful vibrations. I use Sound Essence Sprays in my Treatment Room and around my house. They are filled with many healing vibrations. I always use them for my own retuning each day.
Taste: Enjoy foods that nourish your taste buds and your body. Try to avoid sugar here and go for natural sweetness in fruits instead. Challenge yourself to taste something healthy and perhaps different to what you normally have each day
Touch: Place your hands compassionately on your heart and your belly button and breathe loving compassion into your energy. Then you can offer that same compassion and love to others.
Create A Gentle Peaceful Vibe
In all things be gentle and peaceful and you will create an energy of gentleness and peace for you and others to benefit from and tune to.
