I truly believe in the natural state of Wellness. You have have within you the natural ability to be well.
I truly believe in my ability to be well every single day of my life. Even though I believe in my own natural ability to be in a state of wellness, sometimes I don’t always feel well.
I have studied the Law of Attraction. I know that what ever I think about, or focus on, I attract into my energy frequency.
Where Do Negative Thoughts Live
The hard part, for me is that 95% of my thinking is subconscious and automatic! Most of that 95% is made up of thoughts that result in automatic daily actions like sitting, walking, talking, etc.
You don’t need to be worried about these ones. It’s more the subconscious thoughts that have a negatIve affect on your vibration and trigger you off into a stressed state that need careful attention and retuning. These thoughts have generally been with you since childhood.
Stress Blocks Your Path
When I have been over-stressed I have found it very hard to even see how I could be well! You may have similar experiences in your life. Times when you have found it very difficult to turn your focus from illness and ‘what if’s’ to wellness and ‘what is’.
My Reason for Focusing On Wellness
There are two reasons why I try really hard to focus on Wellness. Firstly, because of my training and experience with the Law of Attraction and secondly, I have had own experience of long term ill-health, thanks to a post-viral illness I developed some 25 years ago.
The Energy of Wellness
You are an energy being. You have an optimal or best vibrational frequency – this is your state of Wellness and Success. The thoughts you think, actions you take and the environment you allow yourself to live and work in have a direct impact on your vibration.
This information is your key, because it tells you that you can change your vibration from stress to wellness by changing your thoughts, actions and environment. This is what will allow you to ‘Retune for Wellness’.
What Helped Me Retune For Wellness
This is what I was able to do several years ago when I was having non-trigger panic attacks. I had the best of wellness habits, but I was not Well.
My subconscious thoughts were triggering off a stress response in my energy system. Tapping helped me to turn off that extreme stress response and those panic attacks have never returned.
Daily Tapping Keeps Me Well
Now I tap every single day, because I want to make sure that my energy is tuned to positive ways. Tapping is so effective when it comes to calming the stress response and retuning your negative thoughts and beliefs.
Wellness Habits Keep You Well
But Tapping is only one of the things I do in my day to help me stay well.
- I have chants that I will sing, out loud or in my head
- I have a food plan that keeps my digestive system strong
- I take nutritional supplements that work for me
- I rebound for my wellness
- I try to drink between 1 and 2 litres of water a day
- I get out into day light
- And of course – I set myself up for a good night’s sleep, through all of the above and more!
You Can Set Yourself Up For Wellness
Each day you can pre-plan your positive thoughts.
Your thought will have an influence on your actions and this will help to set your vibration to a frequency that promotes wellness.
But sometimes that isn’t enough, because those automatic negative thoughts are still going on in the background triggering off that stress response. This is where you can use my advanced 2-point Tapping System – Two Meridian Tapping.

- Ask yourself if your current sleep routine is contributing to your wellness or causing you stress?
- What changes can you make to improve this routine?
- What thoughts need to change to help you make these changes?
