Feedback Fuels Me
Sometimes I can get a little disheartened in my crusade to get women well. People like to view everything, read posts, but rarely respond or comment. I love getting feedback. It is like the fuel that drives me along. You can imagine how excited I was when I read the message (below) from a lady in Australia who has been gently rebounding to see if it would help her cope with her MS (Multiple Sclerosis).
As always I am not including her name, and have removed anything that does not relate to Rebounding for wellness. I share this in the hope that it inspires at least 1 woman to get into Rebounding For their Wellness.

I just want to thank you so much for sharing your rebounding video. I ended up buying a rebounder and have used it everyday since it arrived. I am now doing 5 minutes every morning. I didn’t increase it last week but will next week.
I have had so much muscle pain with my MS over the last year or so. Everything I have tried besides walking has caused even more muscle pain and had made me give up trying.
For the first few weeks the muscle pain was quite bad in my shoulder blades. It actually felt like someone had kicked me and was bruised. But I recognised this wasn’t the usual pain that I experienced, it felt more like it was healing so I persevered. My chiropractor was so impressed and said my adjustments were holding and everything was moving better.
I actually can’t believe how much better I am. My pain has decreased dramatically and I can feel my stomach muscles working. I’m sleeping better without waking during the night because of muscle pain. I’m so impressed and happy about rebounding, it’s been a game changer to me and I rave about it all the time.
