When it comes to your immune system and digestive system there is no ‘quick fix’ or easy ‘1 pill sorts all’ solution. Besides pills can create bigger ills!
You Reap What You Sow
Apologies if this is not what you wanted to hear! Bottom line is: you reap what you sow. What you eat and drink will cause chemical reactions in your body. Foods that you cannot tolerate will cause you stress.
When you overload on a food you can also cause stress to your energy system. Processed sugar is one of the biggest causes of stress in your body. When the digestive system is out of balance so too is the rest of your energy, especially the mind!
Stressed Thoughts Lower Your Immune System
Every thought you think also causes a chemical reaction in your body. Believe it or not, the thought will cause a much quicker reaction in your energy than the food! This is why it is so important to be thinking positive and uplifting thoughts about yourself and others.
I know this is not always easy, especially if you are caught in a stressful relationship or have past unresolved trauma in your energy field which keeps you vibrating at a lower energy frequency. Then you will keep attracting more of that same energy into your life and I personally know that place.
I use a new way of Tapping along with some new guided processes to help me retune my past trauma experiences. This helps me to refocus my energy and think positive thoughts. These positive thoughts will boost my immune system.
