Hands up if you have ever struggled to get up from a tough fall. The fall could be literal, or emotional. It could have been thanks to trauma through abuse or loss. Perhaps you have depression, anxiety and you really struggle to rise each day. You might even have fallen off a bike, or while walking or running. Maybe you are struggling to rise through grief and loss.
I Struggle To Rise
I have struggled to rise many times through my life. There have been times when I really didn’t want to get up and face each day. There were even times when I didn’t want to go on living. But there always seems to come an energy from deep within to pull me up. This same energy keeps challenging me to keep going.
Stress Creates A Struggle
I think we are all Automatically programmed to keep going. But stress – in all its forms – can reduce our natural ability to keep going, keep seeking life and light. A constant stressed energy will leave you in a very dark place.
You might know this dark place. I am very familiar with this place of darkness. It’s a place where there simply doesn’t seem to be any light – in my life, in my soul-space or in the universe. I no longer ask myself: ‘how did I get to this darkness again?’
It Doesn’t Matter How I Got Stressed
That is because it doesn’t matter how I got here to this stressed place, what matters is I am here. I am here because somewhere in me is sending out a very dark and stressed vibration. This vibration is attracting more of the same from the universe and so I get more and more experiences of darkness.
What I Focus On I Get
I now know that if I focus more on honouring, resolving and retuning that deep dark and stressed vibration in my frequency, I will no longer attract similar vibrations and I can retune to much more positive frequencies too. Then I will attract more of these frequencies.
Darkness Calls You Inside For Healing
When life challenges you with experiences of darkness, look inside. What thought or feeling in your energy system is attracting in this darkness and stress? Then use some Tapping and guided imagery to retune this darkness/stress.
This Is My Process For Retuning Darkness
I have just given you my own process for retuning darkness. You might have your own tried and trusted ways. Use what works for you. The process I share is one that I use with clients, adding in other trainings and technologies, here and there, when needed.
My 8 Day Journey From Darkness To Light

Spring Can Be Tough
Spring can be a very difficult time for many people. Spring calls us out of the darkness of winter. When you have a lot of unresolved darkness in your energy, you can get very comfortable in that place of darkness. You might even have a sense that there is no way to get out from under this dark and heavy energy. Then you may well think there is no point to even try.
If this last paragraph sounds like you, then you may well feel like hiding from others and the world during the seasons of spring and summer. You can rise from your darkness. You can resolve and retune the stressed energy in your system, and then slowly and surely rise into the light.

You Can Overcome The Darkness
You can overcome your darkness, just one script and belief at a time. You can resolve even the deepest stressors. I say this because of my own journey. I know what it is to be caught in the darkness of past unresolved trauma and I know what it is to work my way through that to the place I now enjoy today. Do I find myself in darkness? Yes, sometimes I do, and then I use the process explained above and outlined on YouTube to help me resolve and retune my stress, so I can move back into a place of light.
