Tapping Helped Me Overcome Anxiety
I talk a lot about my past experiences with anxiety and how Tapping helped me overcome that overstressed anxiety state for good. Now I can see that I was so overstressed, I lost all ability to cope. I also know now, that when you are overstressed for a long time your neurotransmitter energies cannot find their normal levels of balance and this is what causes states that anxiety, panic, fear and depression.
I was Crippled with Anxiety
I was so crippled with fear and anxiety back then that I feared going out on my own. I always felt sick in my stomach and when in a panic attack I always felt like I was going to throw-up so I had to get out.
I Couldn’t Calm Down
When someone told me to calm down, I would want to hide. I couldn’t calm down. I was hyper. There’s a difference in being a ‘go getter’ and being in a hyper stressed energy state. Mind you, the line can be very thin. You can slip over into being overstressed so easily. Once you have become over-stressed it can take something like Tapping to help you really calm it all down and then fix it so you don’t end up there again.

Stress Drained My Energy
My over-stressed anxiety was draining my energy battery, leaving me with no ability to cope or just live my daily life. I was tired all of the time. I felt sick all of the time. I had the best diet and exercise routine but I was over-stressed because I was being triggered by past unresolved trauma from childhood. I was aware of quite a bit of my trauma, but I seemed to lack the ability to resolve it. Some things helped me climb up that mountain face of anxiety, but then I would get triggered and slip right back down again.

Tapping helped me to calm the stress response enough, so that I could first detach from the trauma. Then I was able to resolve and retune those past events. Tapping helps me to have perspective. Tapping keeps me that little bit removed from stress so that I can be more effective.
