good to hear from you. I do agree that tapping does help with stress and it does help you see things differently. I guess that I am one of those people that use tapping when I am stressed which I know is not really enough. I probably fell off the wagon when new year started and didn’t really get into a good routine. I do feel that January is probably one of those months that its harder to motivate yourself. That’s not to say that I ate all around me and sat on the couch for the days to go by. I did try to eat healthy and if possible get out for a walk. tg for days like today, the sunshine definitely lifts the spirits and helps to get up and out.
As for the pain in the body and stress to be connected I do try to tap to relieve pain. I do know that most of it comes from this wonky hip that I hope to have operated on in February 16th which I hope will get me on the road to begin able to go for a proper walk without aches and pain. I do follow you on facebook, maybe not as early as when you are on but I save the post and tune in later. Now to get my walking shoes on and get out and enjoy this beautiful day. hope its a good day for you too.
Hi Margo, thanks for your feedback, I hope the hip gets sorted and brings you much relief. All you have is this present moment. You do the best you can with it. Somedays it is easier to make better wellness choices and other days it is more of a challenge. It is good to have tools like Tapping and breathing and Dome Energy Retuning to help make each day a better day. Keep well and keep tapping. N
