I personally know the power of Tapping when it comes to calming anxiety symptoms like panic attacks, heart palpitations, cold sweats, digestive issues and much more. Having suffered from non-trigger panic attacks that left me so debilitated and fearful, I can tell you that I never want to go back to that place again.
But I also know that I am human and so are you. You will always be meeting stressful people and experiences. They will tap into your past experiences. But you can prevent these stressful people from triggering a stress response in you. Tapping has done this for me. Daily Tapping keeps me surfing the waves of stress that come my way, on a daily basis.
Tapping is my ‘pill for every ill’
I have to confess that Tapping is like the pill that sorts out my every ill. I use Tapping every single day. I know it will help me to surf those stress waves. I know that I will be more prone to struggling on the days that I don’t Tap. The days that I don’t tap I am not as focused, not as clear in my head. I tend to put myself down after a few days of not Tapping. Yes, it does happen. I can get stressed and fall off my Tapping wagon. I slip down into that narrow dark space of being overstressed.
As soon as I get back to Tapping, I feel like a whole new person. I have to say that there are very few days that I don’t Tap or chant or both.
Last Week I got a Text
Last week I received a text message from someone who had bought my book – Tap Into Success. He wanted to tell me about how my YouTube Tapping videos had helped his adult daughter who is diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
His daughter was having a panic attack in the night and none of her usual tools for dealing with her episodes were working. Her father remembered about my book and the Youtube Videos. He opened his phone and sourced one of the videos. As his daughter began to do the advanced Tapping, she started to restore some calm.
