Did you know that stress has a vibration just like love or joy or success. Everything has a vibration. The frequency of your vibration is determined by the thoughts you think, the actions you take and the environment you live in.
Stress Is Needed
I love telling people about my view of stress. Let me share it with you. Everyone gets stressed. Some of that stress is needed. The most dominant system in your body is the stress response system. That is because you are wired to survive first and then when you are safe, to thrive second.
If you didn’t get stressed when a car speeds down the road you are crossing, you wouldn’t get out of the way. You do need some stress to help your energy reset itself. This type of stress is generally seen to be good for you. It is good for you because it will help your organs and muscles work at their best levels.
Normally when you have a stress response, it should be to get you out of impending danger. Then your body should bring you back to thriving. The difficulty arises because you can be triggering that stress response all day long and you are not aware that you are. This is thanks to unresolved events in the past that have led to negative thinking patterns in your subconscious memory. it is these thoughts that are triggering that stress response automatically and over time you have got used to that happening.
The Energy Way Of Looking At Stress
Regardless of what aspect of your life is currently causing you distress. The one thing I really want you to hear is that vibrations can be retuned, included over-stressed vibrations. When you think of something as being a problem it can be hard to see how to turn it around. Whether it is a person who is triggering you, or an event you can’t get over, unless you can find a way to think about it differently, you will always see the issue as being too big to tackle.
When you see that same problem as being a blip in your energy system then almost immediately you have hope. Why? Energy vibrations can be retuned, just like the string on a guitar or a station on a radio station.
How Much Stress Is Too Much?
Because you have your own unique energy vibration, it follows that you will have your own stress limits. When I work with a client I tend to look for what energy system is out of balance and then rebalance that. Once that out of balance system is retuned, everything else tends to work better pretty much straight away.

Wellness Plans Help You Balance Daily Stress
Managing stress levels so you don’t tip over into a distressed or overstressed state can be a really challenging task. That is why I always encourage women to have a Wellness plan that helps you to know your limits and live successfully within these limits.
How Can You Begin To Balance Your Energy Vibrations
When retuning your energy you really need to be sure to listen to what your energy needs to reach it’s most optimal level. This is what I do with clients and groups. I work to help you find the right energy levels for your best wellness and success.
Retuning Your Daily Habits Can Ease Stress
Begin by taking a reflective look at your own life to see where you might be over-stressed. Perhaps write out headings: Exercise / Meals / Other eating times / Fluid intake / Sleep Routine / Thoughts
Take Exercise. You might look at what exercise you take and ask does it help your lymphatic system to move that bit better. How much are your muscles being worked effectively for your wellness. Did you know that you don’t need a lot of exercise to work your physical energy system, but you do need to exercise. This is why I rebound for my wellness because it works my whole energy system offering me enough stress but not so much that I am causing stress to my system.
Water drinking is not the same as consuming any liquids. But it is good to see, on paper, what liquids you are drinking on a daily and weekly level. Coffee, alcohol and sugary drinks can really put the liver under pressure. The older we get the more we depend on our organs to work effectively. We need to help them out by doing things like a natural liver, kidney and digestive detox. Dairy can cause great distress to a lot of women, especially during menstrual cycles and menopause.
The good thing about taking stock of how stressed your energy system is, is that you will be able to see what is helping you find balance and what is not. Once you find it you can retune it.
Back To The Thoughts
Even with all the work you can do on your daily habits, you still need to work on retuning those deep subconscious negative thoughts that are setting you off into a stress response all the time. it is these thoughts that keep you caught in habits that you know are lowering or blipping your energy.
