Chanting is something I have been sharing about in the last few posts. I think chanting adds a whole other dimension to helping you retune your stressed energy for wellness.

Make Your Own Chanting Tune
It doesn’t matter the tune that comes, as long as it is uplifting and positive. In this post, I have included a new playlist that is on my YouTube Channel – containing original chants created by me.
Letting My Creative Chanting Energy Flow
When I let my creative energy flow, it truly flows. All these chants have been mulling around in my head and heart for weeks and months. It is only now, after some energy sessions with the most beautiful energy therapist – Roisin Graham, that I have had the courage to record and share these chants. There are more, and sometimes they follow no real rhythm, yet they have evolved through my energy vibration with the guidance to share – so here goes!

Some Tips when Creating your Own Chants
- You might find these tips helpful and then again you might want to just totally go your own way. For what it is worth I offer you this guidance:
- Keep your scripts positive and focused on the present moment. Remember that every thought creates a vibration and the more positive your chants can be the greater the retuning of your vibrational energy. By creating scripts that are in the present tense, you are directing your energy to retune in this very moment.
- If you are stressed – use Tapping to resolve and retune that stress before you chant. I like to think of the chanting as the icing on the cake. Tapping helps you to create the best ingredients for the cake before the icing goes on top.
- Don’t get too hung up on the tune, let it find you. It may change every time you chant. That is perfectly fine. These are your chants for you to retune your energy for wellness and success.
- When you find that you are getting stressed through your day, allow the chant to come into your head and let it play away in there. It is much better to be chanting a positive script in your head than allowing negative thoughts run wild. your energy will tune to whatever the script is, so you might as well make it positive and uplifting for your energy.
