As you know I use Tapping and recommend it for retuning past automatic negative scripts that are triggering a stress response in your energy. Tapping seems to be able to retune such thought and belief patterns quicker than pretty much all other Gold Standard practices like CBT and EMDR with lasting effect.
When You Can’t Tap, You Can Chant
When you can’t tap and quite often you are not free to tap, you can chant. Chanting can be done out loud or inside your head. Here is a short video talking about how to create short chants like: I truly am grateful, I truly am blessed.

When I was making this video I found my energy rising because that is how powerful our words are. Adding a chanting tone to these words increases the vibration of the script even more. Of course it is better to chant out loud to increase the vibration, but don’t rule out chanting in your head, I do it a lot and it certainly keeps me on a more positive vibration.
