Working in Kinesiology I get to help many women, with most of them being at various stages of their menopause journey. Indeed, I myself am well on this sacred transitional journey. At 53, I am now in the post-menopause stage. I think being 53 gives me added incentive for helping women be as well and as successful as they can be during and after the menopause.
The Sacredness of Menopause Has Been Hijacked By Stress
Yes, the sacredness of Menopause. I hear you ask what’s sacred about all these menopause symptoms you are having? Symptoms like; excessive hot flushes, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, being daily irritated, having low energy, low libido, headaches, high blood pressure, poor skin tone, digestive disorders, weight gain, aches and pains in the joints. I don’t for a second believe that all these are symptoms of the menopause, but more to do with how stressed you are going into the menopause.
Kinesiology Has Helped Me Manage My Menopause
I am a broken record when it comes to talking about how Kinesiology and Tapping really helped me for the last 20 years and more. It was Kinesiology that helped me get to grips with a Post Viral Illness and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My own positive experience of Kinesiology is what motivated me become a Systematic Kinesiologist over 15 years ago. What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a system of testing your vibrational energy to see if there are any energy blocks – preventing you from living your best life. Then the kinesiologist will work to find what your energy system needs for it to rebalance itself. I want you to be as well as you possibly can at any stage of your life, but in particular I want you to be very well during your menopause journey because life if for living and you need to be living your best life today.

Another way of describing energy blips or blocks is stressed states. While you hear a lot about how thoughts cause stress, especially the past unresolved subconscious ones, there are many other factors that cause you stress.
For some it can be a food, while for others it could be over exercising. Because we are all different there is no one system of wellness to fit everyone. Your energy vibration is different to mine. Your life experiences will be different to mine. It makes perfect sense that a kinesiology session will be different for every single person.

First the kinesiologist will do some muscle feedback testing to get a sense of where your energy is under-performing and where it may also be over-performing. It’s the same with our energy system: when one energy pathway is too high there will be another one that is too low..
