Rebounding makes daily exercise very achievable. It has helped me to exercise every day and to enjoy my exercising. I get people asking me; ‘how is it that you are always smiling and look so fit?’ I used to wonder why they thought I looked so fit, all I was doing was rebounding in the morning before work and I was on that rebounder for a max of 15-20 minutes a day.
