This Summer Solstice time of year really calls you outside so you can get your energy batteries recharged. Right now you have more daylight energy, sun energy and all the vibrancy that goes with this time of year and it’s freely available.
Listen to my Brief video on how to Recharge Your Energy this Summer Solstice Time
Have a listen to this video – I created it after I had been on the hill of Tara for the Summer Solstice this year. The whole experience really put me in touch with my need for recharging my energy. You might feel inspired to get focusing on what will boost your wellness energy – so you can be ready to face the darker days when they come.
I believe it is always great to approach stress from a position of strength. Doing things that make you feel better can really boost your wellness and we all could do with boosting our wellness.
Brighter Sunny Weather Boosts Wellness
You are an energy-being. Spending time outdoors in natural daylight, being warmed by the heat of the sun is a great natural way to boost your wellness. Walking in nature, by the sea, in a forest, around a pitch or up a hill are brilliant ways to get your own endorphins circulating. You will help boost your vitamin and mineral levels. The natural connection will really feed your whole mental, emotional, spiritual and chemical energy levels.
Over Exposure to the Sun – Without Adequate Protection is Dangerous
I know, I probably sound like a total contrition here – telling you to go outside one minute and then warning you about being outside too much. Be outside a long as you can be these days. But that doesn’t mean you have to expose your bare skin to the sun – in fact, you only need to expose your skin to the sun for about 20-30 minutes around midday or when the sun is highest in the sky. The rest of the time you can be outside but be protected with natural sun-care products.
