I need to begin by saying while vitamin B6, or the broken down form of it called P5P and Zinc could be your menopause missing links, this will not be the same for every woman.
We are all different and B6 and zinc could work for some and not for others.
Why vitamin B6?
While there are many answers to this why, it is mainly because B6/P5P is needed by the body at a key phase when you are converting amino acids to neurotransmitters and hormones.
For example to convert the non-essential amino acid Tyrosine to Dopamine you need B6 and Zinc. Some may also need magnesium.
You also need B6 to convert Tryptophan to serotonin and to convert Histidine to Histamine. While not all amino acids need B6 in the initial conversion stage, many do.
A Kinesiologist Will Tell You What Will Support You Through Your Menopause
But, here I come with my broken record bit. The best way to know which vitamin or mineral is best for you, is to go see a kinesiologist near you. Some of us are also working online and we can also work with you this way.
A kinesiologist will be able to test your energy system and tell you neurotransmitters are too high or too low and then what you can do to help rebalance them.
Tapping Will Also Help Balance Menopause Stress
It is not that the menopause is causing you stress, but more your already high stress levels are affecting your menopause journey. Tapping – The New Advanced TMT way – can also help rebalance the neurotransmitter energies through balancing their related meridians.
Stress can be what is knocking out your neurotransmitters and so balancing the stressor will help you balance the bodies energy – that to me is the greatest success.
Stress and the Adrenal Glands
Stress puts pressure on your Adrenal Glands which also knocks out your blood sugars and can lead to many stress related illnesses.
Daily practices of a healthy diet and some good nutrition can help ease a lot of stress and then Tapping will do the rest.
For more information on how this can work for you, why not book a session with me, or do one of my online programmes.
You can also link in with me on Facebook, Instagram and I do put in an appearance on Twitter and LinkedIn From time to time.
The Importance of Nutrition During the Menopause
More importantly you need to find out what nutrition you need to help support you while stressed so you can be the best you can be especially during your menopause years. That is what I have done and it makes such a difference in relation to muscle fatigue, joint pain, not to mention my sleeping pattern. Nutrition will only work if you have a healthy and sugar free diet.
