Even Yesterday I was Reminded about Drinking Water
In this blog video, I talk a little about my experience yesterday when I hadn’t managed to drink enough water and ended up having more hot flushes than normal. I manage my menopause well with diet , exercise, Tapping to stay positive and focused, sleep and water drinking.
I do take some supplements – I have found that I need these to keep my energy up and me well. But, I also know that diet and nutrition are only one part of all that I need to manage for my wellness and success.
