For so many people there is huge relief now that vaccinations are being rolled out world wide with vulnerable people and front line workers getting vaccinated first.
But for others this news of speedy vaccinations only serves to bring worry. A lot of that worry could be based on past personal experiences, seeing vaccines being produced and used without the usual and necessary ‘regulated testing’, with a lot less focus on proper testing for side-effects. This is compounded by current and ongoing cases against pharmaceutical companies due to life-changing side-effects from past vaccinations.
Perhaps you or your child has had a reaction to a vaccination in the past and this leaves you with a distrust of speedy solutions to such a powerful virus.
Vaccinations May be Life-Saving For Some
While you might well have validated concerns about making the choice to be vaccinated, the fact is that for some people this COVID-19 virus is proving to be very dangerous with vulnerable people needing to be vaccinated for their safety. You may also need to be vaccinated so that you don’t expose your loved ones.
You May Fear Speaking Your Truth And This Can Be Stressful
There may be lots of unanswered questions and fears that you still have surrounding this whole vaccination process and you could be afraid to ask them in case you are labeled an ‘anti-vaxer’ or a ‘pro-vaxer’!
It’s Down To Personal Choice
I think all fears need to be aired and heard and questions answered in a mutually supportive and respectful space. When trying to mark up your mind it might be better to allow yourself to swing on a pendulum rather than to sit on any side of a pro or against vaccination fence. Perhaps allow yourself to swing back and forth on that pendulum in the hope that you find an answer that satisfies your fears either way.
The Less Pressure The Easier Choices Can Be Made
But, please, do not put pressure on anyone – there is enough stress and fear regarding vaccinations and whether or not to get vaccinated. Fear and stress lower the immune system and no one needs a lowered immunity right now.
For me, it is all down to experience and my experience tells me to support one another through this time. The less stress the stronger the immune system will be and vaccination or no vaccination we all need stronger immune systems right now. If you are confused and need to talk out your thoughts, please get in touch.
There is Nutritional Support Available To Help When Being Vaccinated
While I can’t help you with the decision as to whether you choose to get vaccinated or not , I can offer you some information I received on a recent webinar about how you can support yourself through this time from a nutritional point of view.
Resveratrol Q – from Epigenetics Limited – Nutritional Support When Getting Vaccinated
Chris Astill-Smith and Epigenetics Limited in the UK have produced Resveratrol Q as a nutritional support. If you are taking a two shot vaccine, it would be advisable to do this twice – starting two days before each vaccination. Please note that like with anything nutrition serves to support your own bio-chemical system and is taken at your own risk.
Please Note: Do not Take Resveratrol when getting vaccinated if already taking Anti-coagulants
What is in Resveratrol Q?
Resveratrol is part of a group of compounds called polyphenols. They act like antioxidants, protecting the body against damage that can put you at higher risk for things like cancer and heart disease.
Quercetin is a plant pigment or flavonoid also part of the polyphenols compound group of anti-oxidants, that helps boost mental and physical wellness as well as reducing infection risk. It is found in many plants and foods, like onions, green tea, apples, berries, Ginkgo biloba.
Putting them together offers the body support in detoxing the body as well as providing support for the immune system.
Recommended Dosage of Resveratrol Q
The recommended dosage is to take two capsules daily for two days before vaccination and then for two weeks after vaccination. Initially, when you are vaccinated you are at more risk of getting the Virus, so having your immune system boosted is in your best interests.
Please Note: Do not Take Resveratrol if you are already taking Anti-coagulants
Other Nutritional Support At This Time
