One of my New Years Resolutions is to offer an invitation to take some SoulTime. I seek to offer you a 360 degree wellness plan and part of that plan is to nourish and nurture your soul. While I do think that this happens as a by-product of being less stressed, I also know that having a focused time in your day for nourishing your soul is key to wellness.
My SoulTime Is Ever Changing, Creative and Contemplative
In my personal experience I associate SoulTime with me needing to be creative in what I do to nourish my soul while also offering a time of quiet contemplation. I think my soul and my energy is one and the same thing. When my energy is balanced my soul is balanced – Soul Energy. The space I create for my SoulTime can be in a forest, or with a candle. Sometimes I like to use art, music and dance as part of my Soul nourishment. What do you like to have as part of your soul time?

My aim is to post a live SoulTime each day, but sometimes the day gets away on its own energy and I don’t always get to make a recording after my own personal SoulTime. But there are plenty of SoulTime videos for you to chose one each day. Some SoulTime moments will also have a round of my very own Two Meridian Tapping.
