What is Tapping?
Tapping is the modern name for a system where you apply a gentle but rapid tapping pressure to certain energy points on the body while ‘in the mode’ of a past event or negative thought. You can also tap while just thinking of a positive thought that you want to think from this moment on. Tapping is linked to new wave of psychology called Energy Psychology.
Tapping has been clinically proven to reduce stressed thinking in the mind and stress hormones in the body. Tapping keeps me surfing the waves of stress that come my way each day.
Bottom Line
I believe that, as an energy being, you have within you the ability to be whatever you can think and believe yourself to be. I believe that you were created by the Divine as gift – all of creation is gift. The Challenge is to celebrate the gift that you truly are and one way of doing this is to be truly successful in all you think, do and say.
Love is a vibration, money is a vibration, fear is a vibration, and so is success. The thoughts you have around success will decide how successful you will be, just like the thoughts you have around health, will decide how healthy you will be.

My own Tapping story
I grew up in Northern Ireland during ‘the troubles’ so I was pretty used to a high level of stress throughout my life. But there have been times when I have not managed that high stress level and seven years ago was one of those times. I got so stressed that I ended up with huge anxiety levels that left me with Non-Trigger Panic Attacks. Looking back, I can see how I managed to get so stressed and I can acknowledge how bad it all got. But more importantly, where many other therapies failed in helping me balance this stressed state, Tapping succeeded. I have not had a non-trigger panic attack in 7 years.

Anyone who has worked with me, using this system for a number of sessions, has had major easing of symptoms from anxiety, fear and panic to depression as well as a retuning of pain, better sleep, more positive attitude and more successful life.
