Rebounding has been Proven to be 68% better than Running
In 1980, NASA scientists published a paper showing Rebounding to be 68% more effective that running on a treadmill. They also said that rebounding boosted the lymphatic system, worked every cell in the body and was low-impact on the joints. Not only did they say rebounding was low-impact, but that the impact was spread evenly through all the main joints. What they found catapulted rebounding into the exercise world.
The Safest Way to Start Rebounding is Slowly.
I have found, from my many years rebounding, researching rebounding and my experience with clients that when it comes to rebounding, you do not need to be over-exerting yourself. This is why it works so well for those over 50, 60 and even 70 years of age.
Rebounding is so effective at boosting your lymphatic system that the best way to begin is very slowly – with just 1 minute a day for the first week. I really do stress this with anyone who is beginning to rebound for the first time because I want you to transition into rebounding in a way that will get you rebounding safely and keep you rebounding for many years to come.
We have 50 trillion cells in our body. Those cells make up our muscles, bones, organs, skin, etc.. Working all these cells too quickly will cause them to get stressed leading to strains, pulls, fatigue, or just very tight muscles. Over exercising can be one of the greatest reasons for becoming physically fatigued and stressed.
Rebound For Wellness Programmes – Get and Keep you Rebounding
I created two Rebound For Wellness Programmes with the sole intention of getting and keeping you Rebounding for your wellness. The Basic Rebound For Wellness Programme we will start with just 1 minute gentle rebounding each day. You can do this twice daily if you wish. Each week you will add another minute to your rebounding time working up to a maximum of 20 minutes.
Both courses consist of 20 weekly videos guiding you on building your wellness through slow and gradual increases to your rebounding time and intensity. When I say intensity, I can’t say it will get overly intense but still listen to your body. You can remain at any of the weekly levels for as long as you feel you need to. Only progress to the next week when you are ready. You can go back over weeks at any stage if you wish.
