I could write about Rebounding and my Rebound For Wellness Programmes for ever because I will never tire of talking about the great benefits of this very simple exercise programme. But you won’t remember all those benefits if I give them to you all at once. So in this post I will give you just three benefits of the Rebound For Wellness Programmes.
You might have read some of my posts before and I apologise if this just repeats the same information that you might already know. I repeat it again and again in case your daily rebounding practice has perhaps slipped off your ‘to do list’ in the hope that reading about the benefits once again might push you back to your Rebounding programme.
First let me tell or remind you what the Rebound for Wellness Programmes are and why I created them.
I created the Rebound for Wellness programmes to help get women and men over 40 exercising for their total wellness. Yes, there are many programmes already out there, but from my own experience if rebounding is not started slowly and gently it can cause all sorts of problems for the rebounder.
Rebound For Wellness Is Focused On Us Older Lemons
Rebound For Wellness is specifically focused on the over 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 and perhaps 80 years person who has found it difficult to get motivated to exercise or lacks the energy to get started on their exercise journey.
We live in this physical body. We need to keep it active or it will literally stop working. Rebound for Wellness is about getting all the cells and systems of the body working effectively together for our Wellness.
1 – Rebound For Wellness Programmes Work Every Cell in Your Body
The actual motion of rebounding works every cell in the body. When we rebound be are increasing our G-Force (gravity force) by three and four times. Each bound brings us from being three times our weight to being weightless and back again. That stimulates every single one of our 50 trillion cells. This helps us to ‘use them; so we don’t ‘lose them’.
Remember every cell in your body – all those 50 trillion cells – make up our blood, plasma, blood vessels, muscles, organs, bones, etc… so when I say every cell gets worked, I mean every single part of us gets worked, toned and rejuvenated.
Because rebounding is sooooo effective you really need to start slowly. If you begin to fast and rebound for too long you will over stimulate the 50 trillion cells which can lead you to have a negative experience of rebounding. I want you to kick off rebounding through my programmes and then keep rebounding for every day for as long as you are able to rebound.
2 – Rebound For Wellness Boosts Lymphatic Drainage
In working every cell, rebounding works our lymphatic system. This system has such a major role to play in our over all wellness as it takes most of the toxins we produce in our body and transports them out through the lymph nodes into other organs to be cleaned and detoxed. Did you know that the lymphatic system does not have a pump? It relies on exercise to help it pump the lymph through. Daily rebounding will help you do this. I should say that we need to be active through out our day to help the lymphatic system to keep up its great work and not save our activity for our 20 minute exercising time.
3 – Rebound For Wellness Programmes Improve Balance By Working Every Muscle
As soon as you stand on a mini rebounder you are engaging all your muscles to help you stay balanced. This will immediately begin to wake-up any muscles that you have not been using and get them working. Muscles that are too tight or too lose will need time to retune and rebalance.
With Rebounding A Slow Beginning And Build Up Is The Best Way.
By starting to rebound for just 1 minute each day, you will allow your whole body to settle into the new exercise way much quicker. We don’t need to be killing ourselves on the rebounder. That will only cause us to grow to hate the experience. Trust me when I say it is in your own best interest to get and keep rebounding for the rest of your life.
