Two Meridian Tapping is just another but more advanced form of tapping. Tapping being the technique of gently but firmly tapping certain points on the body to bring relief from stress related conditions, including illness. Two Meridian Tapping involves the tapping of two different but related points on the body at the same time for stress relief.
I believe that everything is interconnected and interrelated. Cut open the atom of any of our trillions of cells and you will discover that we are made up of tiny strings of vibrational energy. We are vibrational energy. Vibrations can and are influenced by other vibrations positively and negatively.
Two Meridian Tapping Balances All Our Energies
Two Meridian Tapping is about balancing all our vibrational energies to their best frequency. That may sound complicated, but it is a simple as tuning a station on a radio. We can do this by tapping points on our bodies. These points are at the beginning or end of energy pathways that flow through our body which are called meridians. Meridians or energy pathways were discovered by the Chinese thousands of years ago. There are fourteen main energy pathways with twelve of them running down both sides of our body. These pathways work in pairs and in Two Meridian Tapping, that is what we do, balance the pairs of meridians or pathways by tapping two different points together at the same time.
Two Meridian Tapping stands on the strong shoulders of many other tapping techniques that came before it.
Two Meridian Tapping is the product of all that I am and have become. It is the essence of every single therapy I have trained in. It contains the sum of my life’s experiences and the knowledge I have gained from working with Complementary Therapies.
For many years I knew the value of Tapping. As a kinesiologist I had been given a basic training in Thought Field Therapy (TFT), the first tapping technique to be created by Roger Callahan. His first experience of successfully treating a severe phobia of water was by getting the client to tap on the stomach meridian point while felling the fear she had. Roger went on to create many tapping programmes (algorithms) to work on specific stressed conditions, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, etc.
Gary Craig, the founder of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) developed Callahans ideas into a more generalised, one system fits all tapping technique, rather than having lots of different tapping programmes for different issues. It was from Craig’s system that many more tapping systems evolved, like that of Silvia Hartman.
Silvia Hartman then made some more changes to Gary’s technique, just as Gary could see how to simplify and expand on the work of Roger Callahan, it makes total sense to me that tapping would continue to evolve as the vibrational energy it works with is always evolving and expanding.
Optimal Vibrational Energy Frequency
Optimum Vibrational Energy is a mental, chemical, physical and soulful state of being that allows us to reach our greatest and truest potential. In this place we are healthy in mind and body. We feel a strong connection with the Greater Power. Optimal Vibrational Energy is not the absence of stress. At our optimal frequency, stress is neither good or bad, but rather a natural part of the ebbing and flowing of life.
My goal is to enable as many people as I possibly can to retune their body, mind and soul to reach their greatest potential.
